Engine room fire extinguising systems based on the eco friendly and safe FM200 gas. CO2 systems need more bottles to achieve the same result but pose a serious threat to passengers. Dry powder systems will destoy all systems after the suppresion of the fire, while FM200 will not affect them. The system can be supplied as a complete solution including a central control unit that will shut down exhaust blowers and fire dampers at the event of fire in order to stop the oxygen supply.
